0700 – Depart for Marine Barracks, 8th & I - President’s Own and Commandant’s Own

1200 – 1400 Depart for Iwo Jima area/Box Chow! (Firehouse Subs)
1400 – 1700 Depart Iwo Jima for Hampton Inn Stafford

0730 – 0830 Shuttle members to Quantico Marine Base Band Hall
0830 – 1230 Visit with the band, rehearsal (sit-in with band) - Lunch

1330 – 1630 MCMA Business Meeting and Auction

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2026

0830 – 1730 Free day to visit Museum of Marine Corps or on your own
0830 – 1600 - Member assistance available for those that need transportation to the Museum from the hotel
1800 – 1930 Banquet meal - at the hotel
1930 – 2000 Speaker, Awards and Announcements
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2026
0600 – 1000 Breakfast at Hotel, final farewells until next year’s reunion.
0800 – Individually head to the East Coast Marine Musician’s Birthday Ball in New Bern, NC.

- The MCMA Annual Banquet will be held at the Hampton Inn Conference Center on Friday evening.
- We will visit Marine Barracks on Wednesday and Quantico Marine Band on Thursday.
- We will be taking a Charter Bus to DC on Wednesday.
- The Dress Code for the Banquet is Dinner/Evening attire.Please dress accordingly. Thanks.
