Friday's Banquet Buffet Dinner

Seafood Gumbo - gulf shrimp, the trinity, tomatoes, Cajun spice and fresh okra, over Louisiana long grain rice
Tabasco Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Creole mustard jus on the side,
House made Sauces and Soft Rolls
Seasonal Baby Vegetables sautéed in herbed butter
Farfalle Jambalaya - Grilled Chicken & Andouille sausage
and spicy Creole sauce over bow tie pasta
Tiramisu Shooters - Lady Fingers drenched in a blend of coffee & rum layered between sweet cream cheese,
vanilla custard & sprinkled with imported grated chocolate

              0830 – Depart for MarForRes Band

0900 – 1130 Visit to the band, rehearsal (sit-in with band)

1130 – 1300 Lunch with the band

1400 – 1700 MCMA Business Meeting and Auction

1700 – 2200 History Room Open

0600 – 0930 Breakfast Social Time 

0930 – 1730 Free day to visit the WWII Museum or place of interest in the city on your own.

1730 – 1800 Cocktails before banquet 

1800 – 1930 Banquet meal - at the hotel
1930 – 2000 Speaker, Awards and Announcements
